![]() I've been looking over the proof copy of The Scarring Underneath and it is A-MA-ZING to hold my book in my hands. At the same time, my imposter syndrome is kicking up with a vengence. I hope that the book's content is worthy of the nice feel of the print copy and the incredible cover. It seems that no matter how many times I've looked it over, I still find a couple of mistakes. And if not mistakes, I find things that I'm unhappy with. I could not have stumbled upon the above quote at a better time. So I move forward holding on to the thought that I have learned a lot writing this book. I have come a long way in the past couple of years and I am proud, but also driven to continue the improvement. Cass & Billy will always be special to me and The Scarring Underneath... well, I'll love it for what it is no matter how "immature" it may feel to me one day (like tomorrow?)
